What option is most suited for me?

Regular email marketing sender?

If you are a regular email marketing sender, you will probably be better off with one of our pay monthly packages.

No fixed volume?

If your campaigns fluctuate on a month by month basis, then depending on volumes you maybe better off with a pay as you go pricing structure.

Don't forget that the minimum monthly spend on our pay as you go package is £25 per month, so if you are sending less than 1,500 emails a month - it maybe more cost effective to become a pay monthly customer.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we do! We offer a number of different discounts, depending on your individual circumstances:

  • Charity discounts - for charities and charitable organisations
  • Public sector email marketing discounts - for public sector organisations
  • Competitive discounts - if you already use an 3rd party email marketing solution and would like to upgrade to Gemmail, we provide a discount. Please contact us and mention the product you currently own and we'll get back to you with your pricing.

How do I buy?

I am a pay monthly customer, can I downgrade?

If you are a pay monthly customer, you cannot downgrade more than two levels within a particular year.

I am a pay monthly customer and I would like to upgrade?

Sure this isn't a problem.

If you anticipate your sending volume will increase then give us a call and we'll add extra credits to your account straight away.

What happens if I go over my monthly allocation?

Firstly, don't worry we understand this happens time to time.

If you go over, you'll simply pay the overage costs for any extra emails you have sent that month.

Will my emails roll over?

Unfortunately not. If you don't use your monthly email's then they will be lost.

What support do you provide?

Online support is included as standard. All customers are provided access to our support website.

If however you'd prefer to have support on-hand we do offer support contracts, which provide you with access to our team over the telephone. If you'd prefer not to have an ongoing support contract - we do provide ad hoc support at our standard hourly rate.

I'm interested in becoming a reseller - what are your prices?

We offer two reseller packages:

  • A fully whitelabeled service - where Gemmail is branded as your own product
  • A commission based service - where you sell Gemmail as a product and receive a comission for each sale.
